Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 Kilo Clean and Cut into small pieces
Green Chillies 2 Piece sliced
Ginger 1 cm
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves 2 Sprig
Coconut 1/2 Cup cut into thin piecs ½ cm long
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Mustard Seed 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 2-3 Cup
Onion 1 Teaspoon Sliced
Coriander Powder 3 Teaspoon To be ground after roasting together
Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoon To be ground after roasting together
Pepper Corn 8 Piece To be ground after roasting together
Jeera 1/4 Teaspoon To be ground after roasting together
Cinnamon 2 cm To be ground after roasting together
Cloves 3 Piece To be ground after roasting together
Cummin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon To be ground after roasting together
Garlic 6 Cloves To be ground after roasting together
Onion 1 Small Piece To be ground after roasting together
Preparation Method
Fry the coconut pieces with a little salt and turmeric powder till golden
brown. Grind all the roasted spices with onion and garlic. Mix with meat
and add the fried coconut. Add water , sliced green chillies, turmeric
powder, ginger, curry leaves to the meat. Mix well. Cover and cook on
a very low fire until the meat is tender and gravy dry. Heat oil in pan.
Season with mustard and onion. Add meat and fry until oil separates
