Pork Curry Recipe


Ingredients
Pork - 2 lb
Onions - 3 nos
(finely chopped)
Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 15 nos
Coconut oil - 5 tsp
Garlic pods - 5 nos
Soy sauce - 3 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Preparation Method
1)Chop the pork into small pieces.

2)Mix it with soy sauce and salt and keep it for 30 mins.

3)Fry the onions, till they become brown in colour.

4)Pre-heat oven to 350 degree and keep the red chillies covered in aluminium foil for 10 mins.

5)Grind the red chillies, fried onions, and garlic to a fine paste.

6)Add the paste to the pork and mix well.

7)Pressure cook it upto 2 whistles.

8)Remove the lid and boil it for some more time, till the gravy is thick.

:- Serve with rice or boiled tapioca.
