Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg
(cut into small pieces)
Garlic pods - 4 nos
Onion(chopped) - 2 cups
Green chillies - 7 nos
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Meat masala - 1 tsp
Red color - A little
Curry leaves - A few
Oil for frying
For marination:-
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Meat masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Red(Tandoori) color - A pinch
Salt - 1 tsp Preparation Method
1)Wash the chicken well and drain out excess water.
2)Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marination for
about 2 hours.
3)Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil.
4)Remove excess oil by placing them on a tissue.
5)Heat little oil in a pan.
6)Fry garlic, till it turns brown.
7)Add onions and fry, till they turn brown.
8)Add green chillies and saute for a while.
9)Add fried chicken pieces followed the sauces and saute for sometime.
10)Add pepper powder, meat masala, a pinch of color mixed in 2 tbsp of
water and salt, if required.
